A new addition to the Rolex Series, the Al Shira'aa Falsterbo Horse Show has been a cornerstone of Scandinavian equestrian sport for over a century. Founded in 1920 by the Royal Swedish Cavalry, it has evolved into one of Europe’s premier equestrian venues, renowned for its blend of heritage, elite sport, and modern innovation.
Located in southern Sweden, just 20 minutes from Copenhagen, Falsterbo offers a stunning coastal setting that enhances its unique character. Attracting over 60,000 visitors annually, it delivers more than just competition—offering world-class show jumping and dressage, a lively social atmosphere, and a dynamic exhibitor village with over 200 brands.
To maintain its high standards, Falsterbo has recently undergone significant upgrades, further enhancing the infrastructure, facilities, and competition arenas to provide the best possible conditions for both horse and rider. The 15-meter-deep sandy footing, a remnant of an ancient seabed, ensures optimal elasticity for peak equestrian performance.

I am absolutely thrilled to see the expansion of the Rolex Series into Sweden. This is the first time a Rolex Series event will be held in my home country, and it couldn’t have found a better stage than the Al Shira'aa Falsterbo Horse Show.
