Matthew was born into horses: His parents Ruth and Sam own Parklands Equestrian Centre at Aston, Sheffield, and since his older brother and sister did not ride, he took the opportunity and started at a very early age. Today Matthew and the Canadian Sjowjumper Kara Chad run a business together, MaplePark Farms. Used to the European but also the American circuit, Matthew is an important competitor on any jump off ! He regularely performed at 5* levels and already represented his country on many shows around the world.
