Bertram Allen has developed into one of the sport's most accomplished riders. He claimed gold and silver, team and individual medals at the European Junior Championships from 2010 to 2013, finished seventh at the 2014 FEl World Equestrian Games™, and third at the 2015 FEl Jumping World Cup™ Final in Las Vegas. He is also the youngest rider to take part in the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final. In 2017 Allen was part of the Ireland team that won gold at the European Championships. Having initially moved to Germany for a few months to continue his equestrian education, he decided to settle there permanently to further hone his craft. Before becoming a Rolex Testimonee in 2015, Allen was also supported at grassroots level by the brand through its partnership with the Young Riders Academy.
