Abdel Saïd wins the qualifying round for the Rolex Grand Prix presented by Agria

This morning at Falsterbo Horse Show 2025, all eyes were on the final qualification class for the Rolex Grand Prix presented by Agria. With 48 riders on the start list and only one last chance to earn a spot in Sunday’s prestigious event, the tension was high and the competition fierce.

Out of the 48 starters, 17 riders managed to deliver clear rounds a testament to the quality of the field and the technical demands of the course. The first to set the tone was Sweden’s own Antonia Andersson, who produced a brilliant clear round aboard her horse Cuzco, crossing the finish line in a solid 76.92 seconds.

As the class progressed, the times began to drop, but no one could match the incredible pace of Abdel Saïd. The Belgian rider, currently ranked 13th in the world and the highest-ranked Belgian, partnered with his talented Zasou Vom Claashof to deliver a lightning-fast clear round in just 64.34 seconds by far the fastest of the day. His performance placed him well ahead of his closest competitors.

Great Britain’s Sienna Charles and her mare Stardust followed with an amazing round in 66.50 seconds, while Ireland’s Sean Monaghan and Toyger completed the top trio of the day with a clean and fast 66.81 seconds.

With the starting list for the Rolex Grand Prix presented by Agria now finalized, anticipation is building for Sunday’s showdown. The competition promises world-class sport, high stakes, and unforgettable moments.
