Marlon Modolo Zanotelli moved to Europe at a very young age to build his career alongside the world’s top riders. Now based at Ashford Farm in Belgium, he has become a key member of the Brazilian national team over the years.
His international career has been built with several top-level horses, including Zipper, Extra van Essene, Zandor, Obora’s Chloe, and more recently Like A Diamond van het Schaeck and GB Diamantina. With the latter, he delivered one of the most important performances of his career at the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona in 2024, finishing 5th individually and helping Brazil secure 5th place as a team.
Marlon has also enjoyed a strong record in team competitions. He won a bronze medal with Brazil at the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago and has regularly been selected for major international events with the Brazilian team. In 2022, he also competed at the World Championships in Herning with Like A Diamond van het Schaeck, where Brazil finished 9th in the team competition.
The 2026 season continues with several horses, including Charly Heart, Fusario D'Boissailles and Dorette Old, the latter allowing him to represent Brazil at the World Championships in Aachen in August 2026.
