Nina Mallevaey is an exceptionally talented show jumper and one of the leading figures of the new generation of French riders. Her journey began at a very young age, during her pony years, where she already demonstrated remarkable feel, determination and maturity beyond her age. Supported throughout by her parents, she enjoyed outstanding success as a pony rider and young rider, earning multiple championship titles and international honours.
Known for her humility and discretion, Nina is also recognised for her strong work ethic and competitive mindset. She began competing at five-star level after moving from northern France to the Chev’el Stables of the Sadran family, a key step in her progression to the highest level of the sport. She is currently based between Europe and the United States, training with Laura Kraut and Nick Skelton and riding for the Rein family. Having represented France extensively as a pony rider and young rider, she now regularly competes for her country in senior Nations Cups and consistently performs at CSI5* level.
In 2025, Nina Mallevaey made a strong impression on the international stage. At Rome’s Piazza di Siena, she finished third in the CSI5* Grand Prix with Dynastie de Beaufour, delivering two faultless rounds. At Dinard, a Rolex Series event, she secured another podium by placing third in the CSI5* Grand Prix with Dynastie, finishing just behind Harrie Smolders and Aaron Vale.
At the Brussels Stephex Masters CSIO5*, she played a key role in France’s Nations Cup victory with a double clear round before claiming her first CSI5* Grand Prix win in the Rolex Grand Prix over 1.60 m, again producing a double clear aboard Dynastie de Beaufour. One week later at Spruce Meadows, she continued her outstanding form by winning the 1.60 m Tourmaline Oil Cup as the only rider to jump clear, and also captured victory in the 1.50 m ATCO Cup with My Clementine.
