Pål Flam came to prominence early as part of the Norwegian team, notably competing at the 2017 European Show Jumping Championships and the 2019 European Show Jumping Championships. Among his most notable results, he won the CSI3* Grand Prix in Drammen in 2016 and 2017 with Skjerabergs Larkin, securing two consecutive victories at his national show. On the recent international circuit, he has also achieved several placings at CSI4* and CSI5* level, but his best result came in CSI2*, finishing 3rd in the Grand Prix in Amsterdam in 2026 with Omonza D C. He also regularly competes in Nations Cups for Norway, achieving several strong team results in European CSIO competitions.
