Sophie Hinners quickly rose through the ranks of show jumping. In 2021, she won silver at the Springpokal U25 in Aachen and became the German champion. In January 2025, she made history by becoming the first woman to win a World Cup leg in Verona with Iron Dames My Prins. In 2025, she won the Derby Saur de la Région Bretagne at the Derby International de Dinard (FRA) riding Munin, as the only rider to deliver a clear round in the derby class. The same year, she claimed team bronze with Germany at the European Championships in A Coruña (ESP). She also placed 4th in the Rolex Grand Prix at the Rolex Grand Slam of Geneva, riding Iron Dames Singclair.
